Barbara A's Story
Life
Since i got out of school, i had worked at Compugraphic. I thought that i would stay their until i retired. I had worked there for 15years. Then i married and moved to NH. I continued to commute for 6 years. Then i got a job closer where i lived. I stayed there for 10 yrs. After my father died, i moved back to Wilmington To be closer to my mother and to help her.
My husband who has been a teacher for 40years is retiring from school, but will still keep his accounting business.
We are currently building a home in Cape Coral florida. We hope that it will be ready in the fall.
I wasn't able to have children, but i have 5 stepchildren, and plently of grand children.
I also have plenty of nieces and nephews that i have spoiled during the years.
I have five malteses and one golden retriever and two siamise cats. They all keep me quite...Expand for more
busy.
I have also taken several college courses in the medical field. I worked for a Eye doctor for several years.
We have traveled quite a bit, Aruba is my farorite. We've meet alot of nice people along the way which we still keep in contact with them. They come to all our get togethers. My goals for the future is to raise Malteses, and some day hope to have a champion show dog along the line.
We just got back from florida to check out the progress of our house, it is coming along very nicely. Can't wait to get in there.
My husband of 33 yrs, passed away on April
18th, tax day, Paul did his last tax job. He was working up till a month before he died.
So it seems fitting that he died on tax day.
We had a wonderful life together, I miss him dearly. We were together 35 yrs.
my future plans are to move back to NH, to be with family.
